Upload in your browser
Sign in at app.jamfax.com, enter the destination number and upload PDF or TIFF files. Several PDFs combine into one fax, up to 10 MB each. Add a cover page from a saved template or one of six samples. You can also schedule the fax up to 30 days ahead, or send it to up to 50 numbers. See sending help.
Send by email
On e-Fax and Corporate Fax, email your document to the destination number in digits at fax.jamfax.com, for example 13055550142@fax.jamfax.com, from your JamFax sign-in address. Details are on the fax by email page.
Use the Outlook add-in
The add-in works in Outlook on Windows, Mac and the web. It adds "Send as fax" to an email to fax its PDF or TIFF attachments. See Outlook help.
Print to fax from any program
Add JamFax as a printer once on Windows 10 or 11, or on macOS. Then print from any program, and the document appears in JamFax ready to fax. See print to fax help.
Which plan fits
Browser upload works on every plan. Sending by email needs e-Fax ($14.99 a month) or Corporate Fax ($49.99 a month). Pay as you go costs $2.99 a month plus $0.10 a page.
See pricing for every plan, or compare JamFax with other online fax services.
Choosing a method
- Faxing once in a while: use the browser upload.
- Already in your inbox: use fax by email or the Outlook add-in.
- Faxing from a document you are editing: use print to fax.
All four methods use the same fax number and the same plan pages. A delivery report is kept for every sent fax. Questions? Call (833) 952-6329 or email support@jamfax.com.
