Pay as you go: $2.99 a month, plus $0.10 a page

Send and receive, and pay only for the pages you use. Your fax number is included in the $2.99 a month; each page sent or received is $0.10, taken from prepaid credit you add from $10. Good for occasional faxing. See Pay-as-you-go credit.

Fax-to-Email: $5.99 a month, or $59.90 a year

Receive only. Every fax sent to your number is emailed to you as a PDF and kept online. 500 pages a month.

e-Fax: $14.99 a month, or $149.90 a year

Send and receive. Send from your browser or by email; receive online and, if you want, by email. 1,000 pages a month, sent and received together. Monthly e-Fax with a new number can start with a free 14-day trial (up to 50 pages), then a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Corporate Fax: $49.99 a month, or $499.90 a year

For companies with several departments. Includes 3 departments, each with its own fax number, 3,000 pages a month shared across the company, and unlimited users, each seeing their own department's faxes. Pages

• On the subscription plans, Fax-to-Email includes 500 pages a month and e-Fax 1,000 pages a month, per line; Corporate Fax includes 3,000 pages a month for the whole company.
• On a subscription plan, each page over your plan's monthly pages is $0.05, billed on your next invoice.
• Pay as you go has no included pages: each page sent or received is $0.10, taken from your credit.
• Corporate Fax can buy page packs: 500 pages for $15 or 2,000 pages for $50, valid for 12 months and used after the month's included pages.
• Failed faxes don't use any pages and aren't charged on pay as you go. A cover page counts as a page. Pages are counted by the phone carrier.

Pay-as-you-go credit

• Adding credit: top up $10, $25 or $50 at a time by card. Tax is charged when you buy credit.
• Does credit expire? No, not while your account is open.
• What if I run out? Sending stops until you top up. Faxes sent to you are still received and kept, and you can read them as soon as you top up.
• Can I top up automatically? Yes, if you want: we charge $10, $25 or $50 to your saved card when your credit falls below $2. If that charge fails we email you and switch automatic top-up off.
• Is there a free trial? No. The 14-day free trial is for e-Fax.
• Switching plans: your credit stays on your account if you switch. Moving from a subscription to pay as you go starts when your paid month or year ends; that period isn't refunded.
• Closing your account: unused credit is refunded in full to the original payment method if you ask within 90 days of closing; after that it is forfeited.

International faxing

JamFax faxes the US and Canada as standard. Other countries are available as international faxing, which is off until you turn it on.

• It is off by default. The account owner turns it on in the app under Fax, then International.
• What counts as international. Only the US and Canada are domestic. Jamaica, the rest of the Caribbean and the US territories count as international.
• How you pay. Every international page is paid from prepaid credit at that country's per-page price, shown below and in the app before you send.
• Subscription plans (Fax-to-Email, e-Fax and Corporate Fax) need the International add-on, $4.99 a month. Pay as you go doesn't need the add-on.
• Spending cap. International faxing has a default cap of $25 a day per account.
• Landlines only. Mobile and special-service numbers abroad are not supported.
• Failed international faxes are not charged.

Can I fax Jamaica or another country?

Yes. Turn on international faxing in the app, make sure you have prepaid credit (and the International add-on if you are on a subscription plan), then send as usual. The price per page is the one for that country.

Billing

• You pay the first month or year by card when you order; e-Fax starts with a 14-day free trial and is charged on day 14. Each renewal is billed at the start of your next month or year.
• 30-day money-back guarantee on e-Fax: ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
• A yearly plan costs the price of 10 months for 12. Extra pages are still billed monthly, and unused months of a yearly plan are not refunded.
• Bringing your existing fax number from another provider has no transfer fee.
• Cancel any time; your line keeps working until the end of the month or year you paid for.
