Put JamFax on your Home Screen
Use Safari's share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. JamFax then opens like an app. There is no app-store app. More in the phone help.
Fax from the Mail app
On e-Fax and Corporate Fax you can email a document to the destination number in digits at fax.jamfax.com. To fax (305) 555-0142, email 13055550142@fax.jamfax.com from your JamFax sign-in address. JamFax replies with the result. See fax by email.
Faxing a photo or a paper page
JamFax accepts PDF or TIFF. Turn a photo or scan into a PDF first, then upload it. Check the PDF is readable before you send.
Receive faxes on your iPhone
Faxes sent to your number arrive as PDFs online and by email, so you can open them in Mail or Safari.

Tips for a clean fax
- Use a PDF where you can. Text stays sharp, and a photo of a page can come out dark or skewed.
- Check the page count before you send. Pages sent or received count toward your plan, and on Pay as you go each page costs $0.10.
- Use the delivery report if you need to show the fax went through.
- Save the recipient as a fax contact so you do not retype the number next time.
