Is JamFax part of iFax?

No. JamFax is a separate service from TKG Voice, LLC and is not affiliated with iFax.

Is there a JamFax app?

There is no app-store app. Install app.jamfax.com on a phone with Add to Home Screen, or on a computer with the browser's install icon, and it opens like an app.

Can I keep my existing fax number?

Yes. When you order a line, choose Transfer an existing fax number and enter the details from your current provider. There is no transfer fee.

Is there a free trial?

Do I need a contract?
