Why agents and brokers use online fax
- Receive signed pages as PDFs, online and by email to as many addresses as you like. Send them to yourself, your assistant and your transaction coordinator.
- Send contracts, addenda and disclosures from the browser. Several PDFs combine into one fax.
- Keep a delivery report for every fax you send.
- Use a cover page template you saved once, or start from a sample such as the standard or urgent one.
Fax from your phone
JamFax has no app-store app. Open app.jamfax.com in your phone's browser and add it to your Home Screen to use it like an app. See phone help and how to fax from an iPhone.
For brokerages and teams
Corporate Fax gives a brokerage three departments, each with its own fax number, for example sales, leasing and closings. Unlimited users each see their own department's faxes. Pages are pooled at 3,000 a month. An extra department is $6.99 a month. You can schedule a fax up to 30 days ahead and send one fax to up to 50 numbers.
Which plan fits
- Pay as you go, $2.99 a month plus $0.10 a page: an agent who faxes a few times a month. Top up credit with $10, $25 or $50. There is no free trial.
- Fax-to-Email, $5.99 a month: receive only, 500 pages a month.
- e-Fax, $14.99 a month: send and receive, 1,000 pages a month, with a 14-day free trial on monthly e-Fax.
- Corporate Fax, $49.99 a month: brokerages with several departments.

Common paperwork
Agents often fax purchase contracts, addenda, disclosures, proof of funds and closing documents. Send them from the browser, or have your assistant send them from a shared inbox using fax by email. Received pages land in your account as PDFs, so you can forward them to a client or file them with the transaction.
